What’s Going On?!
I just made a 70 cal vegan patty for lunch with 1/4 cottage cheese and some steamed veggies and I could only eat half of it and now feel uncomfortably full. This is so unlike me. I have been trying to eat more protein and less carbs and maybe what they say is true about carbs and hunger cycles… Strange. I always finish my meals but actually can’t today. What say you?
Anonymous asked: Running alone shouldn’t cause you to lose your period but I must say, I lost mine for 5 months last year when I was running a lot and was eating about 1400 cals/day. I started eating lots of healthy fats (nuts,avocado etc) and it came back. - That's because fats help stabilize hormones and keep them regular. The more you know, lol.

How bra stores seem to think things work:
- Anything smaller than a C cup: must be pre-pubescent. Ugly patterns, and colours. Lot's of animals and stripes.
- C to D cup: A woman! Pretty lacy things, nice patterns, large variety.
- Anything over a D cup: Beige. Lots and lots of beige.
